I designed the multi-channel audio system for this installation by Ashon Crawley for Monument Lab. It’s a four-channel amp, with two Brightsign audio players, 18 speakers, and about 1000 feet of audio cable. Three zones of audio, one for each section. The music was either nice ambient music with Ashon speaking over it or some amazing gospel-inspired music for the center “Sanctuary” section with a Hammond B3, drummer, and full choir. It was a super fun project to work on with my long-time friend, Matt Callinan, as the project manager.
